Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we ship worldwide including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Mauritius, Malaysia, and more.

Q. How long will delivery take?

  • Within India: 5–7 working days after dispatch

  • International: 10–15 working days depending on customs clearance

Q. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

A. Yes, COD is available within India. We take a ₹150 advance to confirm your order, which helps avoid unnecessary RTO (Return to Origin) charges.

Q. What if my jewellery tarnishes?

A. Store jewellery in an airtight box, away from water, perfume, and moisture. Our premium semi-silver and pacchi kundan jewellery lasts long with proper care.

Q. Can I return or exchange a product?

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged/wrong items with proof (unboxing video required).

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size mismatch in clothing (subject to stock availability).

Q. How do I know my clothing size?

A. Each clothing product under Alank Vastram includes a size chart for reference. If you are in doubt, you can WhatsApp us for personal assistance before ordering.

Q. Are all your products handmade?

A. Yes, both Alankrent Luxe jewellery and Alank Vastram clothing are crafted by skilled artisans, keeping traditional designs with a modern touch.

Q. What materials do you use in jewellery?

  • Oxidised jewellery: German silver & alloy

  • Premium Luxe jewellery: Semi-silver (80% purity), pacchi kundan, and high-quality stones

  • Each product description clearly mentions materials used.

Q. Do sarees and blouses come stitched?

A. Sarees are unstitched unless mentioned. Some blouses may come ready-made or stitched, while others are fabric pieces for tailoring. Product pages specify details.

Q. How can I track my order?

A. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp / Email to follow your package.

Q. Do you provide gift packaging?

A. Yes 🎁, all orders are shipped in secure & elegant packaging. Gift wrapping is available on request (extra charges may apply).
